XmasWear makes every effort to ensure that all our customers are happy with the shopping experience they receive.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date or contact date.  Worn items will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns on Socks and Hats

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Upon receipt of returned item(s) refund will be issued on full purchase cost of item. Please note that refunds will not be given on any postage costs. 

Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.

Full refunds including postage cost will be given for items not as described, including faulty items, on return of the item.

The safe return and cost of returning goods is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that all items returned are sent using a secure delivery service with tracking facility.

Returns Process

For a Refund or Exchange please follow the following process

1.  Re-Pack the item in its original packaging with its labels and tags still attached

2.  Address the Package to:

     M13 0AF

3.  Return the package using Post Office Counters or by using a parcel courier. 

Please obtain proof of postage and Keep Safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Please do not post parcel through post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

4.  Once we have received the returned item and it has been fully inspected.  We will process the refund or exchange.
